Roped! Rope Classes with Tyger Yoshi - Followed by optional Munch

Tyger Yoshi will be teaching a pair of rope classes at Sidewinders on Sunday  October 6th, the afternoon after his suspension demo. You can see that  demo at Sidewinders on Saturday after 9 pm.

The first class will  be basics, which for some of us will be a welcome review. It will be  followed by a class on how to make and customize body harnesses. If  you've ever seen Tyger's rope work, he is excellent in making his  subjects look good with designs that are intricate but fairly simple. He  will be sharing these techniques with us on Sunday October 6.

There  will be a small charge as an honorarium to thank Tyger for bringing his  gear down from Denver for us. All the proceeds will go to him directly  (less the EventBrite fees and tax, of course) Here is how the afternoon  will proceed:

• Doors to Sidewinders Stage Room (Cabaret) open at 1pm Oct 6
• The first class - Shibari Basics - begins at 1:30
• The second class - Basic Body Harnesses and Decorative Ties - begins at 3:30
• After the second class, there will be an optional munch with Tyger.

You  can purchase entry to the class on-site; however, they will only be  available space permitting. So we suggest you purchase tickets at the  above link.

What to bring:

• a rope partner (or we will try to find you one)
• 2 or 3 lengths of rope, 30 - 50 ft in length
