Introducing Master Varii and Demi

Master Varii

Master Varii (She/Her/Ma’am) is a covered Indigenous Leather Woman and Southeast Master 2022 & 2023. Recognized for her contributions to education within the Leather community, she was honored as the MAsT International Presenter of the Year in 2024. She currently serves as the MAsT Southeast Regional Representative and Co-Director of MAsT Thomson.

As the founder and head of House of Valor, a diverse leather house grounded in the principles of servant leadership, Master Varii is dedicated to fostering growth, accountability, and authentic connection. She is also the curator of the Leather Quilt Project, which works to preserve Leather history by honoring the stories, meaning, and energy represented in each square.

A sought-after educator, Master Varii teaches throughout the United States and internationally via Zoom. Her presentations span a wide range of topics, including Master/slave dynamics, authority transfer relationships, leadership development, mentorship, service, and practical skill-based kink education.

With more than four decades of experience on the left side of the slash, Master Varii brings both lived experience and practical insight to her teaching. Her personal journey includes a 38-year full-time Master/slave, Total Authority Transfer dynamic with her husband, as well as a variety of authority transfer relationships with individuals seeking service, structure, growth, and deep connection.

Known for her straightforward approach, Master Varii believes that honesty, transparency, communication, and continuous personal growth form the foundation of healthy and sustainable power exchange relationships. While she identifies as an affectionate and nurturing Dominant, she also embraces her primal nature and unapologetic sadistic tendencies, bringing both intensity and authenticity to her dynamic and her teaching.

Demi

Demi is a genderqueer bipoc primal leatherboi, who is in a relationship with and collared to Master Varii. She is an active member of the Southeast leather & kink community, a founding member of the House of R.A.I.S.E., and former organizer of the Valdosta Munch. They regularly serve as a Tallymaster for the Southeast Power Exchange contest, and their community involvement also includes assisting Master Varii with classes and supporting the Leather Quilt. Demi is dedicated to service, connection, and community building. She also embraces every opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute within the leather community.
